Avery L. E. Appelman

Avery is a founding partner with the law firm of Appelman & Olson, P.A. He has over a decade of criminal defense experience. Avery has developed a reputation as a well prepared, forceful and compassionate trial lawyer who is a strong advocate for his clients.

A significant portion of Avery's practice is devoted to defending persons charged with DWI. Avery has extensive knowledge and years of litigation experience in all issues involved in DWI defense. He understands how to streamline the judicial and motor vehicle processes and employs strategies that empower his clients to assist in their own defense.

Avery also focuses on defending people involved in the sex industry. Entertainment establishment owners and escort agency owners, escorts, providers, hobbyists and johns, all have experienced tremendous success in achieving their objectives as a direct result of Avery's extensive experience, knowledge and skill in defending persons charged with these types of crimes.

Avery enjoys coaching soccer, reading history and legal fiction. Avery also volunteers for many organizations in the twin cities.
