Appelman & Olson, P.A. is conveniently located in Northland Plaza, (the blue-glass building with three tiers) on the south-east corner of I 494 and France Avenue in Bloomington, Minnesota.

From the North:

Take any of the major North/South Highways (I 35W, I 35 E, Highway 169, Highway 100, I 494) South to I 494.

From the South:

Take any of the major North/South Highways (I 35W, I 35 E, Highway 169, Highway 100, I 494) North to I 494

Once on I 494 follow these directions if you are coming from either East or West of Bloomington, Minnesota:

From the East:

I 494 West to the France Avenue Exit. Make a left turn on France Avenue, and cross over I 494. Make a Left at American Boulevard West (the first stoplight after crossing over I 494). Make your first Left turn onto Northland Boulevard. Make a left at the first entrance and follow signs to the left into the Northland Plaza parking lot. Park anywhere in the lot you can find and enter Northland Plaza either on the skyway level or on street level. Appelman & Olson, P.A. is located in Suite 180.

From the West:

Take I 494 East to the France Avenue Exit. Make a Right turn on France Avenue. Make a quick Left turn at American Boulevard (the first stoplight). Make your first Left turn onto Northland Boulevard. Make a left at the first entrance and follow signs to the left into the Northland Plaza parking lot. Park anywhere in the lot you can find and enter Northland Plaza either on the skyway level or on street level. Appelman & Olson, P.A. is located in Suite 180.
